1999

Francis Timmermans and Jan-Erik Grothe meet at Luxembourg working in one of the biggest companies worldwide specialized in safety at work. Francis is the Technical Director and Jan-Erik works in Business Development

2004

Francis and Jan-Erik establish Fallprotec S.A. in Luxembourg as an engineering, design and producer company of safety systems for works at height.

Fallprotec launches the "SecuRope" cable lifeline according to EN795 type C. The system is installed at Renfe facilities in Madrid and London City Project.

Fallprotec launches the "SecuRail" rail lifeline according to EN795 type D. The system is installed in the headquarter of Telefónica in Madrid.

2010

Fallprotec headquarter moves to Bascharage in Luxembourg and launches the "SafeAccess" system according to EN1808. The system is installed in the polish Embassy in Brussels.

2011

Fallprotec receives the Export Award 2011 presented by the Office du Ducroire and the Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the promotion agencies in Luxembourg for business and finance. The group Fallprotec founds Fallprotec S.L. in Spain to attend the spanish market.

2012

The french notified body "Apave", control office and specialist in risks, confers Fallprotec S.A. a Certificate of Expertise of EC quality control system for the final product. Fallprotec receives the prize on prevention 2012 due to the invention of SkyWalk product.

The group Fallprotec founds Fallprotec Latam in Colombia to attend the Latin American market. Fallprotec launches the "Climbing SafeAccess" system according to EN1808. The system is installed in the Globe HQ building in Manila.
